All meetings are postponed during the COVID-19 situation.
The Cranston Community Association meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month (except July and August – no meetings) at Century Hall (11 Cranarch Road SE) in Cranston at 7 pm. Everyone is welcome to attend! Community issues and upcoming events are discussed at each meeting. As well, political representatives, Calgary Police Service and City of Calgary members attend to update the community on their activities and issues, including Councillor Shane Keating, MLA Matt Jones, MP Tom Kmiec, Constable Anthony Thompson and JoyLynn Matheson (Neighbourhood Partnership Coordinator).
Want to get involved in your community? Inquire about any open Board positions or come join and see what we are all about. Elections are held at the annual general meeting in April for executive positions that are coming due; however, there are other areas in which your help and volunteerism would be appreciated! Come to a meeting, have your say, and find out how you can volunteer your time in your own community. Contact us to see how you can get involved.
