Welcome to the 2018 Cranston Christmas Festival of Lights competition, sponsored by the Cranston Community Association! It’s time to dust off the holiday decorations and do your best Clark Griswold impression in an attempt to claim the ultimate in community bragging rights!
There are five categories available with one (1) entry only per household address.
Category 1: Best Traditional
This category is for any lights-only decoration/displays. Lighted figures (i.e. deer, snowmen, etc) are acceptable as long as they are illuminated by traditional stranded lights.
Category 2: Best Mixed Elements
This category is for displays with a variety or combination of decorative elements, including animation, sound, flashing lights. If you have video or sound you want to show off as well, use the entry form to tell us what the website address is how the media files can be accessed. Please be sure to include your name and address in your submission!
Category 3: Best Condo Display
This may be limited by your condo by-laws but do your best and tell us where your condo is in the building so we judge the right one!
Category 4: Best Street Display
Get together with your neighbours to nominate your street for most enthusiastic street display! In addition to bragging rights, the street that wins this category will also have support from the CCA to host the 2019 Neighbour Day on Saturday June 19th!

The judges will take a look at your display if it catches their attention, even if you didn’t enter. What have you got to lose?
